I’m a communication strategist, podcaster, and speaker.

As a strategist, I specialize in crisis prevention for Big Tech. For over 25 years, I’ve advised senior leaders on delivering challenging, high-stakes messages to all audiences with candor, clarity, and compassion.

I’m also a complex trauma survivor helping people reclaim their purpose through my award-winning podcast, “Here For Me” and sharing my story, most recently in my TED talk, “Transmuting Trauma to Reclaim Your Purpose.”
