    The body as a beacon: How health issues are sometimes the body’s way of telling us we’re misaligned with our path and how to tune into what your body is telling you and use it as a compass for change.

    Building a career with multiple chapters of entrepreneurship and corporate roles: Through my varied professional experiences, I discovered how to use each chapter to feed the other, creating a rich and diverse set of skills and insights.

    Resilience: How I persevered through two significant health challenges, left Microsoft to establish my second business, and initiated a new life on my own after finding my way to the other side of divorce - all in three years and during the COVID-19 pandemic.

    Being a creative outlier in corporate America: Once I realized being an “outsider on the inside” was an asset and not a liability, I leveraged the experience to find my way and my voice (literally and figuratively) as a storyteller and creative entrepreneur.

    How to recognize, survive, and thrive after narcissistic abuse: I candidly and respectfully speak to my experience to facilitate healing for others. I share how to recognize this form of abuse, the things about me that primed me for it, and how I not only survived, but am thriving on the other side of it.

I delivered my first TED talk at TEDxGrandCanyonUniversity in April 2025, sharing how years of medical crises, emotional abuse, and personal loss became the catalyst for reclaiming my identity and purpose.
